Return Your Device and Cancel your Subscription

  • How Long Does the Cancellation and Return Process Take?
  • The average cancellation process can take 2-3 weeks. If you’re charged during this period, we will automatically issue you a refund when the process is complete.
  • Before canceling please consider how this may affect your Care Team ❤️. Let your care team know first and make sure you have a plan.
  • If there’s any period of time where your loved one will be alone in the home, it’s highly recommended that a plan is in place, even if Silvertree is not the right plan for you.
  • A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please note, the return label expires within 30 days of issue if unused.
  • Refund
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
